The Patient First Management System (PFMS) is not a project or programme, it is the new way of working here at North Mid which will enable all staff to know our business, run our business and improve our business, understand our daily work and help us improve the way we do things in line with our strategy.

This will be a change in mindset for our organisation, the Patient First Management System will provide staff with tools and techniques to support the organisation with this new way of working.
