Referral Information
We are enhancing our services by introducing the NMUH Virtual Fracture Clinic (VFC). We no longer accept walk-in appointments. Please note that this is not an elective referral system, and only u rgent referrals will be processed.
To refer a patient, please fill out this referral form.
If the patient requires admission or surgery, kindly refer to our on-call team.
- Please ensure appropriate 2-view orthogonal imaging is taken.
- If the patient has a reduction or a cast applied, ensure a post-cast x-ray is taken and images are transferred via IEP.
- Consider VTE Prophylaxis appropriately.
