North Mid Improvement Expo – Autumn 2024 showcases innovation and excellence
To celebrate excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement, we proudly announce the upcoming North Mid Improvement Expo - Autumn 2024 Edition. With the theme, ‘Patient Experience: Enhancing Every Touchpoint, this meaningful and exciting event serves as a platform for staff members to showcase their innovative ideas, impactful projects, and initiatives that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Taking place on Friday 29 November, we are inviting all staff members to participate by submitting your Improvement Posters. These posters visually represent the transformative work happening across various departments and teams within our organisation. Poster categories align with our Patient First Strategy, including:
• Patient,
• Outstanding Care,
• People,
• Partnership, and
• Sustainability.
The North Mid Improvement Expo highlights the creativity, dedication, and ingenuity of our staff as they make a meaningful impact on patients' lives and the wider community. From process optimisation to integrating cutting-edge technologies, the Expo showcases a wide range of projects driving positive change all for the continued delivery of outstanding care to our local people.
Alongside the poster displays, the event features keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive sessions designed to spark new ideas, encourage collaboration, and share knowledge.

How Can You Participate?
Submit your Improvement Poster! Show how your project has made a difference. Your poster should outline the objectives, methods, outcomes, and lessons learned. Use our official poster template to visually present your improvement project by heading over to this link.
