Call for Patients: Join the 2024 Patient-Led Assessment of the Care Environment (PLACE)
North Mid is seeking patients to participate in this year's PLACE assessment on Wednesday16 October from 10am to 3.30pm.
PLACE assessments are a keyway for patients to evaluate the quality of care and services provided at the hospital. This includes checking standards for cleanliness, food and hydration, privacy, and dignity, and how well the facilities accommodate patients with dementia or disabilities.
